Where your order ships from
Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse in China, with tracking. You get the tracking link by email when it leaves.
How long it takes
- Preparation: 1-3 business days.
- United States: usually 5-11 business days in transit, so 6-14 business days in total.
The estimate is shown on the product page before you pay. In peak season (late November to December) carriers can be slower; if your order can no longer arrive before a date you need, write to us before you order and we tell you honestly.
Cost
Shipping is free and tracked. Any cost would be shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes
United States: you should not pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import duty or fee, write to us and we refund it.
Tracking problems
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or the parcel has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, write to hello@taguslane.com and we resend or refund.
