14 days to change your mind

You can return an unused item within 14 days after it arrives, for any reason. Write to hello@taguslane.com with your order number; we reply with the return address. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. We refund the item price, and the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days after the return arrives, to your original payment method.

Gifts bought for the holidays

Orders placed from 1 November to 24 December can be returned until 31 January.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full, at our cost; you do not have to send the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until the order has shipped.

EU customers

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee for faulty goods.
