These terms apply when you buy from taguslane.com, run by Tagus Lane, Lisbon, Portugal (hello@taguslane.com).

Orders and prices

Prices are shown before you pay, including any shipping cost. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the providers shown at checkout.

Product information

We describe items with the facts our suppliers confirm, and label supplier photos. Colours can look slightly different on screens.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

Write to us first; we answer within 2 business days. EU customers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform and, in Portugal, the Livro de Reclamações (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).

Law

Portuguese law applies, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
