We deliver to 18 countries. We do not deliver to other countries at the moment.

Where your order ships from
Packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse in China, with tracking. You get the tracking link by email when it leaves.
How long it takes
Preparation takes 1–3 business days, then the parcel is usually 4–10 days in transit; the table shows the usual transit time for each country. Every product page shows the estimate for your country before you pay. From late November to December carriers can be slower. If your order needs to arrive by a date, write to us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can.
Cost, duties and taxes
Shipping is free and tracked. Any cost would be shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT. If a carrier asks you to pay anything on delivery, write to us at hello@taguslane.com before you pay.
If tracking stops
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or the parcel has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, write to hello@taguslane.com and we resend or refund.
