When will my order arrive?
Preparation takes 1–3 business days, then the parcel is usually 4–10 days in transit, a little longer to some countries. The product page shows the estimate for your country before you pay. Delivery details
Where does my order ship from?
Packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse in China, with tracking. You get the tracking link by email when it leaves.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free and tracked to every country we deliver to.
Which countries do you deliver to?
18 countries, listed on the delivery page. We do not deliver to other countries at the moment.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days after it arrives to change your mind. How returns work
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full; you do not have to send the item back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until the order has shipped. Write to hello@taguslane.com with your order number.
Is there a gift box?
Some pieces offer an optional gift box on their product page. Blue flannel jewellery box, about 8.5 × 6 cm, sent in the same parcel. If a piece has no box option, its product page says so.
Is the black cube on the site the box I receive?
No. The black cube with the red band is our brand visual. The packaging available for each piece is described on its product page.
How can I pay?
With the payment methods shown at checkout for your country. Prices include VAT; the currency follows your delivery country.
How do I reach you?
